What the catalogue is
Property by the Black Sea is an editorial online property catalogue. Listings are selected, reviewed and published by the catalogue team on the basis of information from developers, owners and partner agencies. The catalogue is not an estate agency and is not a party to any transaction. Negotiations, preliminary contracts, deposits, checks for encumbrances and the notarial deed all take place directly between the buyer and the rightful party, together with their lawyers. The rightful party is the developer, the owner or the partner agency.
Browsing the catalogue and sending an enquiry are free of charge. The portal charges the buyer no commission, fees or remuneration of any kind and takes no part in the payments under a transaction. An enquiry sent through the site is not a reservation, a contract or an offer to enter into a transaction.
Where the data in the listings comes from
The data in the listings, prices included, comes from the rightful party: the developer, the owner, the partner agency or the person submitting the listing. The portal publishes it as provided. It does not set prices and does not track them on its own.
The advertised price and its terms are not an offer from the portal and do not bind it. What counts is the data the rightful party confirms during the negotiations and that goes into the contract.
When the source provides updated data, the listing is updated. If you spot an inaccuracy in a listing, write to us through the Contact page.
The price in a listing is the one stated by the rightful party. The portal and the distributor add no commission or fee for the buyer to it.

Questions about a particular listing, a viewing or a price are asked through the form in the listing itself. It reaches the distributor of the listing, who works with the owner or the developer. „ИФКЕЕС“ ЕООД maintains the platform technically and does not advise on properties or transactions. To report unlawful content in a listing, write to office@propertybytheblacksea.com. Give the address of the page, what you consider unlawful and why, and how we can reach you. We confirm receipt, review the notice and, if it is well founded, take the content down or correct it. We inform you and the person who submitted the listing of the decision.
