YOUR HOME BY THE SEA

One-bedroom

A living room with a kitchen area and one separate bedroom. Bulgarian listings count every room and call this type dvustaen, so local paperwork describes the same flat as two-room. On the coast it usually measures between 50 and 90 sq m.
